At Electronic Locks Australia, we ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process. Below are our payment policies:
1. Standard Orders
- Full payment is required at checkout before orders are dispatched.
- We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other approved payment methods.
2. Body Corporate & Bulk Orders
- 100% payment upfront is required before processing any order.
- Due to the customized nature of our electronic locks and the logistics involved, prepayment ensures smooth scheduling and compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Installation is included only in bulk orders; otherwise, installation is arranged separately by the customer.
3. Installation Services
- For bulk orders, installation is included in the quoted price.
- For individual orders, customers must arrange and pay the installer directly. This ensures flexibility and eliminates additional service risks.
- We can recommend installers, but payment and scheduling are handled directly between the customer and the installer.
